Refund Policy
This policy explains when a NexloHost payment may be eligible for refund and which third-party costs are normally non-refundable.

Hosting orders before provisioning
If a hosting order has not yet been provisioned or committed to a third-party service, a refund request can generally be reviewed. Any non-recoverable payment-processing or external costs may be deducted where applicable.
Hosting after provisioning
Once a hosting account has been created and resources have been provisioned, refunds are not automatic unless a specific written money-back guarantee was shown for that order. Requests may be reviewed case by case based on the service delivered, usage and any non-recoverable costs.
Domains and third-party costs
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are normally non-refundable once submitted to the registrar or registry. The same principle applies to third-party licenses, add-ons, reseller capacity or other external services that NexloHost has already purchased or committed for the customer.
Policy violations
Eligibility for a refund may be affected where service is suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or material violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
How to request a review
Email support@nexlohost.com with the domain, order or service details and the reason for the request. We will confirm whether the payment is eligible and whether any non-recoverable costs apply.
