Lawful use

NexloHost services must be used lawfully and responsibly. Customers may not use an account for fraudulent, deceptive, harmful or otherwise unlawful activity.

Email and messaging

Unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messaging and abusive mailing practices are not permitted. Customers are responsible for email sent from their hosting or reseller accounts and should use permission-based lists with appropriate unsubscribe handling.

Security and network abuse

Customers may not use NexloHost services to interfere with systems, networks or accounts without authorization, distribute harmful code, or intentionally create security risks for other users or providers.

Copyright and intellectual property

Customers should publish or distribute only content they are authorized to use. We may review credible complaints concerning copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights and may require corrective action where appropriate.

Shared-hosting resource use

Shared hosting is intended for normal website, application and email use. Activity that persistently consumes excessive CPU, memory, processes, disk I/O, network capacity or other shared resources to the detriment of other customers may be limited or moved to a more suitable service.

Storage and file distribution

Shared web hosting should not be used primarily as a remote archive, public file mirror or high-volume download service when that use materially affects the hosting platform. Website files, databases, email and ordinary business content are expected uses.

Reseller responsibility

Reseller customers are responsible for the activity of the cPanel accounts they create. Resellers should ensure their customers understand these rules and should respond promptly to service or security notices concerning accounts under their WHM access.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend or terminate activity that creates an urgent security risk, materially affects other customers, violates provider rules or breaches this policy. Where practical, we will first seek a reasonable corrective solution.

Questions or reports

Questions about acceptable use or reports concerning a NexloHost-hosted service can be sent to support@nexlohost.com. Include the relevant domain or account information and enough detail for the issue to be reviewed.
